Every cruise begins with a short safety briefing and time to settle into your seats before departure. Once underway, enjoy the different seating areas and take in views of the River Crouch valley, surrounding farmland and local wildlife. You may spot seals and a variety of birds along the way.
We also support local businesses through our partnerships with Essex-based vineyards, cheesemongers and breweries. These collaborations bring local flavours and products to our food and drink experiences.
Cruise Essex is a family-run business offering cruises along the River Crouch, departing from Fambridge Marina. Aboard Limoncello, our Sealine F43 cruiser, guests can relax, enjoy the Essex countryside and spend time together on the water.
Our experiences include afternoon tea cruises, wine and cheese tasting, private charters and casting ceremonies. With space for up to ten guests, Limoncello offers a setting for family occasions, gatherings with friends and corporate events.
Boarding & Onboard Accessibility
Boarding and moving around Limoncello involves ramps and steps. The photographs in this section show the access points and seating areas to help you plan your visit.
Boarding: Guests walk down a ramp onto the pontoon walkway. Our team will assist you as you step on and off the back of the boat.
Rear deck: There are three steps up to the rear deck seating area.
Main saloon and bathroom: There are two steps down into the saloon, followed by another two steps down to the bathroom.
Upper deck: Access involves climbing five steps while holding the handrail.
Front of the boat: The bow is reached by walking along the side of the cruiser and offers another place to sit and enjoy the views.
