Booked for an Afternoon tea along the River Crouch and was not disappointed, a cheeky Prosseco whilst we left the marina enjoying the sunshine and views, followed by a cream tea, fresh sandwiches, tasty scones and cakes. The Limoncello was spotless and set up lovely, with all 3 seating areas being comfortable and welcoming. Pete and Ian were great hosts and made us feel relaxed and welcome. Regardless of the rain my sisters and I had a fantastic cruise with afternoon tea on board the gorgeous Limoncello on Saturday. It begins as you are greeted at the Marina gate and step onto the impressive boat with its comfortable interior. There is also a lower deck and an open upper deck with lots of seating, ideal for a fantastic view. The boat is very well kept and spotlessly clean. The afternoon tea was substantial, delicious and fresh with the hosts being so attentive, with endless pots of tea and plenty of prosecco offered. We felt in safe and knowledgeable hands as we cruised along the Crouch and were extremely lucky to continue along the River Roach where we saw many seals (amongst other wildlife). What a priceless treat. We cannot wait to do this again at every opportunity and would not be deterred by the weather conditions. It was a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The value for money is unbelievable. The whole experience is brilliant. Thank you to Pete and Pat, we will be back.
