THINGS TO NOTE

Flat / low heeled shoes are recommended. NO high heels should be worn.

No smoking of any kind is allowed on board the cruiser.

A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of £25 per person is required at the time of booking with the balance payable by card or cash at the commencement of the cruise on the day.

Your tickets will be provided by e-mail and you must present this at the time of sailing. Please let us know 2 days prior to sailing if you have not received them.

Please ensure that before booking with us you / your group have all taken note of the food ingredients and allergy statement. We cannot change food on the day and unless you have informed us of any allergy at least 2 days prior to your booking we cannot provide a different menu for you on the day.

Should we need to cancel the cruise for any reason then an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be given.

No persons deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed to depart on the cruise and no refund will be offered. This is for your safety and the crew’s.

The length of the cruise may differ slightly due to operational reasons and Cruise Essex cannot be held responsible for this. The expected sailing times are approximately 2.5 hours.

Minimum age is 12 years, and all children are to be supervised at all times during the trip.

White bread: Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Vegetable oils, Soya, Preservative Calcium Propionate, Gluten, Cereals WheatBarley, Ascorbic acid.

Brown bread: Flour, Cereals WheatBarley, Water, Yeast, Protein, Soya.

Butter: Milk, Salt.

Cheddar Cheese: Milk. 

Pickle: Vegetables (Carrot, Rutabaga, Onion, Cauliflower), Sugar, Barley Malt Vinegar, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Tomato Puree, Date Paste (Dates, Rice Flour), Salt, Apple Pulp, Modified Maize Starch, Colour (Sulphite Ammonia Caramel), Onion Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Spices, Colouring Food (Roasted Barley Malt Extract), Herb and Spice Extracts. 

Ham: Pork, Honey, Salt, Preservatives Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate.

MustardMustard Flour, Water, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Flour, Turmeric, Acid (Citric acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

Egg & MayonnaiseEgg, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Pasteurised Egg yolk, Cornflour, Salt, Spirit Vinegar Sugar, White Wine Vinegar, White Pepper, Mustard Seed.

Cucumber: Cucumber.

Soft cheese: Milk.

Scones: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Salt, Butter. 

Clotted cream: Milk.

Strawberry Jam: Strawberries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Citric Acid, Sugar, Sodium Citrates. 

Cakes: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soya, Sulphites, Barley, Sugar. May contain nuts.
