We strive to accommodate adjustments while also ensuring fairness to all our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Standard Bookings (Afternoon Tea Cruise, Wine & Cheese Tasting Cruise, Casting Ceremonies):
- Cancellation 14 Days in Advance:
- Full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 7-13 Days in Advance:
- 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 7 Days in Advance:
- No refund will be provided.
Private Charter Bookings:
- Cancellation 30 Days in Advance:
- Full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 15-29 Days in Advance:
- 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 15 Days in Advance:
- No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling:
- Requests to Reschedule:
- Must be made at least 7 days prior to your booked date (14 days for Private Charters).
- Subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
Weather and Safety:
- Cruise Essex Cancellations:
- We may cancel a cruise due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns.
- In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
